Annie is a comprehensively certified classical Pilates instructor, trained through Core Pilates NYC’s 600-hour certification program. Pilates has long been central to her relationship with movement, informing both her personal practice and her approach to teaching.
She teaches the classical method across the full apparatus —Reformer, Mat, Tower, Chair, Cadillac, and more. The complete system, the way it was built to be taught. Her approach emphasizes real progression, careful attention to detail, and work that changes the way clients move.
Her teaching is rooted in precision, alignment, mindful flow, and purposeful movement. Through dynamic and challenging sessions, Annie helps clients build strength, control, and a deeper understanding of their own movement.
Private sessions are offered across multiple neighborhoods in New York City and live online.
